First time staying here and have already booked to return. Staff here are extremely kind and accommodating, receptionists happily helped me find availabilities where it was difficult to online, with no hesitations. The room and pool areas are exceptionally clean and the location of this place is quite literally perfect. No wonder it’s busy here! 10/10 :)
Perfect location. Pool was warm even in my winter stay. Spa was lovely. Our studio room was great, had everything we needed. Will definitely be coming back to Seahaven!!
5 STARS! I have loved staying here and will definitely be back. Great value, staff are very accommodating & location is great. Everything you need is in walking distance. Pool is heated and there’s even a spa with beach access available. Made my stay in Noosa one to remember.
This place is exceptional! The location is fantastic and the rooms are extremely clean and functional. However the single best part is the staff at the front desk. They go above and beyond. As we were walking out the door our flight was cancelled and we were placed on another flight 6 hours later. That is too long for my 80 year old parents to wait in a coffee shop in the heat. There was not vacancy in any other hotels in Noosa. Diane went out of her way to find a room that they could use to wait and rest, despite being fully booked. I cannot thank her enough. We have already booked for next year. Edwina
Amazing! Great room, amazing pools, perfect for families with small kids!
The most incredible location with stunning views from the beach side apartments. Staff and management are local, knowledgable and very kind. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Would return here over any where else I've stayed on Hasting Street.
Great location! Loved the beach access and the three pools meant it never felt too crowded. Pools were very clean and well maintained too. Room was modern and spotlessly clean. The studio is small but has everything you need and the Hastings St facing balcony is great for a bit of people watching. Will definitely be booking again.
Great views with direct beach & park access and also direct access to Hastings Stree.
Rooms were nice although cleanliness could have been better (a little dirty in places, stains on couch, ants in kitchen) and maintenance also could be improved (some bits looking tired, light bulbs not working).
Views from balcony were stunning. Great pool area with a kids pool. Definitely a family resort (even outside of school hols) so be prepared for kids screaming, shouting & running about from 5am to midnight.
I disliked the final day letter reminding about 10am check out. We were checking out 6am anyway but it really felt like a "We've got your money, you've stayed, now get out" sort of letter.
I get their intention to remind about 10am but highlighting that 1 line with a highlighter pen seemed to focus on their business and not thanking the guest for their business as much as perhaps they could.
It should be re-written a little softer, still reminding people, but feeling less like "We've got your money, now get out" (and definitely loose the highlighter pen - maybe bold it, underline it). They had a similar focus on the 2pm check in in their pre-arrival information. I'm sure its a nightmare for them, but there are ways to communicate this in a more guest friendly way (I say that as someone who owns hotels, resorts & stays over 200 nights a year in hotels).
That said, staff were friendly and the resort is beautiful - just improve the cleaning and maintenance and it would be perfect!
